If you have connected your Meta account, ad account, business assets, or another platform account to m15s / Monolithic Systems, you may request deletion of personal data associated with that connection.
How to request deletion
Send an email to obiri@monolithicsystems.de using the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- your full name
- your email address
- the platform/account involved, for example Meta, Google, CRM, or another tool
- the business name or ad account name, if relevant
- a short description of what data you want deleted
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data.
What happens next
After receiving a valid request, we will:
- verify the request where necessary
- identify the relevant personal data
- delete or anonymize the data where legally possible
- confirm completion or explain why certain data must be retained
Some data may need to be retained if required by law, for example invoice, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance records.
Revoke platform access
You can also revoke platform access directly through the relevant platform settings. For Meta, you can review and remove business/app access in Meta Business settings or your Facebook account settings.
